Join BBUUC members for our annual meeting on May 18 at 12 pm. Lunch will be provided.
We will require a quorum of at least 36 members to conduct business. Members can vote by proxy following the 2026 Proxy Voting Policy for Annual Meeting. Proxy votes will be held by in-person attendees. Proxies must be received 3 days in advance of the meeting.
Elections:

Any member that wants to be added to the ballot needs to submit signatures of ten (10) members to the Board at least four (4) days before the annual meeting.
If an election is uncontested, the candidate shall be elected by acclamation.
