Our annual meeting will be on May 21nd at 12pm and will be held in person. We will require a quorum of at least 34 members to conduct business.  Proxy votes will be held by in-person attendees and must be received 3 days in advance.  The Proxy policy: proxy-voting-policy-2023.pdf
