Statistics from BBUUC’s 2015-16 Annual Report:

  • 4 ICARE Team Leaders held 4 House Meetings with 42 attendees in Sept. and Oct.
  • 21 persons became BBUUC Justice Ministry Network Members.
  • 13 Network Members attended the ICARE citywide Community Problems Assembly in late Oct.
  • 7 Network Members attended the ICARE Research Kickoff in early December.
  • 3 Network Members subsequently remained active members of ICARE research committees on the Homeless Day Resource Center, Crime and Re-Entry, and Wealth Building Research Committees.
  • 10 Network Members attended the BBUUC Justice Ministry meeting in late February.
  • 11 Network Members attended the citywide Rally in mid-March.
  • 66 BBUUC members and friends attended the citywide Nehemiah Assembly in early April.
  • 24 of these attendees rode the bus from BBUUC to Abyssinia Baptist Church and back.
  • 1 Team Leader attended a 3-day Advanced Leadership Training Institute workshop on Corporate and Congregational Investment Drives.
  • 9 BBUUC members attended the citywide Rally in May.
  • The Final Report was submitted for the matching grant received in January, 2015, from the Unitarian Universalist Fund for Social Responsibility.
