Jamil Davis will speak to the congregation about his life experiences as an organizer in general and specifically with Black Voters Matter. He is the North Florida Lead Regional Organizer for the Black Voters Matter Fund, and he also hosts a podcast, #BLKFLA: The Podcast, which dives deep into the question of, “What is your vision of a Florida where Black people can live in FREEDOM, EQUITY, and AUTHENTICITY?”

Black Voters Matter is an organization whose goal is to increase power in marginalized, predominantly black communities.
