Please save the date for the upcoming Mission-Vision Workshop with Reverend Kenn Hurto, to be held Saturday, October 15. The workshop will be held at the UU Fellowship of St. Augustine from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. There will be joint activities of a general nature with the members of the St. Augustine Fellowship, and breakout sessions for each congregation to work on Mission Statement and Vision.
The process is to a) clarify core values, b) use those values to craft the beginnings of a succinct statement of purpose, and c) create a Vision of what will occur when the Mission is fulfilled. Kenn plans to help us develop a process for the Vision work to identify some tangible next steps for the next three years.
The workshop is open to all members. Space is limited, but our goal is to have at least 50 participants from BBUUC. There will be more information soon.
