Due to Covid -19, we will not be able to conduct the meeting in the usual fashion.

Luckily, earlier this year we passed bylaws regarding proxy voting, giving the Board some leeway to adjust policy to fit our current situation.

We will require a quorum of at least 40 members to conduct business, just not in person.

The Board already has volunteers lined up to be proxy holders for up to 15 other members.

Proxy holders will physically attend the Annual meeting. This will allow us to maintain distances and follow the bylaws.
