About Our Speaker
Beth Curtis was born into the UU faith in the Boston area and spent much of her life in and around New York City, where she built a career as an interior designer. For most of her career, she ran her own design firm in Manhattan, collaborating with renowned Parisian designer Jacques Grange.
In 2021, just weeks after moving to Jacksonville, Beth attended a service at BBUUC, and knew right away she had found her new UU home.
Since 2023, Beth has served as our Director of Lifespan Religious Education. She finds the role both joyful and challenging – and is especially grateful that it involves curiosity, creativity, and the occasional glitter-filled craft project.
