Join us for our annual Ingathering and Water Sharing Service, also known as Water Communion, as we celebrate the start of a new church year in September. Everyone is invited to bring a small container of water that represents a meaningful place or spirit—whether from a nearby stream, a garden hose, a distant shore, or home. Together, we will pour our waters into a common bowl, honoring the many streams that flow into one shared community. This meaningful and uplifting ritual reminds us that individual lives help create one community. After the service, some of the water will be saved, combined with water from previous years’ ceremonies. It will later be sterilized, and used for child dedications or special blessings, and the rest will be returned to the earth in our memorial garden.

Also following the service, during the fellowship time, our Beacon Youth will host an Ice Cream Social as a fundraiser, offering cool and delicious ice cream treats for sale at the kitchen counter. Proceeds will support our Youth Ministry, so bring your wallets!
