Introduction to Yoga Nidra Meditation
Please join us for an Introduction to Yoga Nidra meditation class on Sunday, October 27th at 12:15pm. There is a $15 fee for this class, to pay for the instructor’s time.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) meditation holds the key to reverse the attack of chronic stress on the body, mind, and spirit. Because chronic stress has reached epidemic proportions in our society, it is more prevalent than cancer or heart disease. It is the underlying root of anxiety, depression, and many other maladies. Yoga Nidra has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness, unlocking the mystical,
integrative powers at all levels of consciousness. It can effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self destructive behavior patterns held unconsciously in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
