GUIDELINES for Nov 24, 2024 Sale

Deadline to reserve a table is November 1st

• We will provide a table.
• You must set up the day before, Saturday November 23, between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.  You can not set up before Sunday’s service on Nov 24.
• No activity at all during the Nov 24 service.
• You must figure out how you will be paid and make it clear ahead of time; BBUUC WILL NOT be able to provide a credit card portal OR change.
• Please donate 20% of your earnings to BBUUC within one week of the sale
• Plan on taking home your leftovers, and dispose of refuse AFTER we shut down at 2:00 PM
• Please donate a few very small items that our kids can buy for their friends and/or family – things that they can buy for $1 or $2
