Join BBUUC members for our annual meeting on May 19 at 12 pm. Lunch will be provided.
We will require a quorum of at least 37 members to conduct business. Proxy votes will be held by in-person attendees. If you cannot attend, please follow the link to register your proxy: https://bbuuc.breezechms.com/form/537e3e74865035 or submit your proxy in writing to the office. Proxies must be received 3 days in advance.
Elections:

Any member that wants to be added to the ballot needs to submit signatures of ten (10) members to the Board at least four (4) days before the annual meeting.
If an election is uncontested, the candidate shall be elected by acclamation.
In addition to elections, we will be voting on these items:
- Minutes from last year’s annual meeting: May 19, 2023 Meeting Minutes
- Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025: Proposed-Budget
