About our Guest Speaker:
Rev. Kaaren Solveig Anderson (pronounced CAR-in) serves at the interim minister for First Parish Brewster UU. She recently served as the Interim Miniser of the UU Fellowship in Vero Beach, FL. Rev. Kaaren received her Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary/Columbia University. She is also an artist and a published author of meditations and essays. She has served UU congregations throughout NY, MA and FL for the over 25 years. You can find out more about her at http://www.uurevkaaren.com.
About our Guest Musician:
Timothy Edwards began his violin studies in the public schools of Detroit before studying at the Interlochen Arts Academy. He holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music (BM) and the University of Michigan (MM). He has performed extensively, holding positions as section performer, principal, and concertmaster at the Des Moines Metro Opera, Flint Symphony, Toledo Symphony, with substitute positions with the Detroit Symphony and Jacksonville Symphony. Timothy enjoys a vibrant teaching studio and has served as a Humanities Adjunct Professor at the Florida State College of Jacksonville.
