Those of us who have been discussing Behind the Kitchen Door, the UUA read for this year, are planning to visit one of the Darden Group restaurants on April 30, Olive Garden in Orange Park at 7pm.  We will be observing practices of the restaurant and speaking with management when we leave to compliment and ask questions.
